1. Return Policy
We only offer exchanges in the following situations:
- Faulty Product: If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Item Not Received: If you have not received the product within the specified delivery period.
Conditions for Exchange:
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for processing exchanges.
You must report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving the product.
The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all packaging and accessories intact.

2. No Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, if an item is faulty or not delivered, we offer a compensation option, allowing you to choose any other available item in our online store of equal or lesser value.
3. Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
Custom-made or prescription items (unless faulty)
Accessories such as cleaning kits or lens care products
sale or clearance items
5. Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty or not received, we cover the return shipping cost.
For exchanges due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered), the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.
